Kyle has been working with Ballast Rock since 2018. In his role with BRPW, Kyle is responsible for identifying and onboarding strategic advisor hires and exploring potential advisory merger possibilities. Beyond his role in supporting the firm’s growth, he supports the C-suite team on a day-to-day business, helping to improve the marketability of the firm to both prospective clients and advisors.
