Christian has over 29 years experience in the Financial Markets. Before joining Ballast Rock, Christian was a managing director and the Global Head of FX Exotics Trading at Goldman Sachs. Over his career, he traded many products including FX, Commodity and Interest Rate Derivatives. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as an associate in Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities and was named managing director in 2008. Christian started his career at UBS in 1996.

Christian is the President of the Yale Club of Charleston and a former member of the Board of Directors of The Yale Club of New York City. Christian received a BS in Applied Mathematics from Yale University.
